Duties include: dictation; minutes
and note-taking; correspondence and
diary management; planning of overseas
travel; meeting scheduling, preparation
and coordination; client, supplier
and staff liaison; office system management,
print and electronic filing, , drafting
presentations, briefings and reports.
Discretion and confidentiality
are essential as is a willingness
to travel internationally.
Book Keeping
Assistant
To assistant
the Finance Manager in maintaining
financial records and data accurately
and in accordance with the company’s
systems. Knowledge of computer-based
accounting systems is essential as
is acute financial awareness, a methodical
approach and attention to detail.
Duties include: recording transactions;
coordination of salary payments; maintaining
the purchase ledger, recording suppliers’
invoices; validating authorization
and signatures; cheque preparation;
dispatching payments; banking deposits;
invoice preparation and management;
petty cash processing; and filing.
Graphic
Designer (2 positions)
One experienced and creative designer
to conceive and execute print media
such as: magazines, brochures, flyers,
books, banners, direct mail, invitations
and POS displays. Should have good
knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
One experienced and creative designer
to conceive and execute web media
including web design, html newsletters
and online banners. Should have good
knowledge of Premiera, Macromedia
Flash Action Script, Fireworks professional,
Dreamweaver, 3D Graphics and Animation
applications.
Editors
(5 positions)
Candidates are expected to have established
journalistic experience and an excellent
knowledge of (UK) English. They must
be proficient in Microsoft Office
and Indesign and be self-motivated,
resourceful, energetic and able to
work in a challenging and busy environment.
Duties include: field and desk research,
commissioning, collating and editing
submitted articles and images; proof
reading; and management of workflow
through to production. Editorial experience
is required in the following subject
matters vis-à-vis books, magazines,
catalogues and brochures:

record in event management including

Advertising
Sales Manager
A smart, eloquent and target-driven
Advertising Sales Manager with proven
experience in managing media sales
is required to work closely with the
Publisher and Editor-in-Chief in meeting
sales targets. The candidate should
have an established network of advertising
agency contacts on a regional level.
Duties include: generating revenue
from media sales, managing media sales
budgets, maintaining existing advertiser
relationships, new business development,
client sales; and providing regular
sales reports.
