The inaugural edition of the India Art Summit last year attracted over 10,000 art lovers and sold an outstanding 50 percent of works. The second edition of India's Modern & Contemporary Art Fair - India Art Summit 2009, is to be held from 19 - 22 August 2009 at Pragati Maidan (ITPO), New Delhi. The fair will feature over 50 galleries from India and around the world showcasing work by modern and contemporary artists. In addition, there will be a sculpture park, curated projects, video art, Speakers' forum and an education program, offering the world a rich and fulfilling art experience in India.
